Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Oksdøl's Ole-Gunnar Børresen started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With his leg Jon Bui managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when Gaulavik BF's Ingvar Molstad fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Yngvar Andresen hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Ingvar Molstad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Jon Bui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, Anton Osman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oksdøl's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gaulavik BF the free kick. After a rather tough play, Oksdøl's Anton Osman got a free kick in the 21st minute. 25 minutes into the match, Oksdøl's goal looked a bit too open when David Otterstad came free, but Jon Bui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Oksdøl's Tobias Bernhardsen got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute David Otterstad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jon Bui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ingvar Molstad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 31 minutes, Yngvar Andresen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gaulavik BF and the Oksdøl players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 31st match minute, Gaulavik BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yngvar Andresen to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Gaulavik BF's Per Naas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jon Bui. That made the score 1-0 after 36 minutes of play. The supporters of Oksdøl booed when Gaulavik BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per Naas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tobias Bernhardsen struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Ingar Kjølberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oksdøl. In the 44th minute, Gaulavik BF's David Otterstad dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Ole-Gunnar Børresen kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when David Otterstad stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54thth minute of the game Ingvar Molstad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oksdøl's Jon Bui was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ingvar Molstad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jon Bui having to interfere. Gaulavik BF's Ingar Kjølberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Gaulavik BF from getting a goal against them. Jon Bui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingvar Molstad in the 60th minute of the match. Jon Bui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Otterstad in the 64th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Molstad in the 66th minute of play forced Oksdøl's goalkeeper Jon Bui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jon Bui stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David Otterstad's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Jon Bui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingvar Molstad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute Gaulavik BF were awarded a corner. Endre Kilen went to the cornerflag to take it. Gaulavik BF's Endre Kilen was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jon Bui in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ole-Gunnar Børresen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jon Bui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Otterstad in the 77th minute of the match. After 78 played minutes Oksdøl got a freekick which was hit by Ole-Gunnar Børresen. Ingvar Molstad took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jon Bui. Jon Bui dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Ingar Kjølberg came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Oksdøl's Tobias Bernhardsen. But to his dismay, Tobias Bernhardsen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. David Otterstad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jon Bui having to interfere. Tobias Bernhardsen struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Ingar Kjølberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oksdøl. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ole-Gunnar Børresen in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ingar Kjølberg saved Gaulavik BF from getting behind. David Otterstad scored 4-1 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jon Bui, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the Oksdøl players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gaulavik BF.
