Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Fredrik Engdal made the kick off and thus started the match. Carl Bratlie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Wergeland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Espen Lindstrøm blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rikard Aarum having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Søren Nordgaard during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 11 played minutes Frøystul got a freekick which was hit by Søren Nordgaard. Carl Bratlie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Richard Wergeland in the 13th minute of the match. Arve Wiken charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arve Wiken the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Arve Wiken kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Richard Wergeland in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carl Bratlie saved Stensby from getting behind. When Fredrik Engdal came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Stensby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fredrik Engdal couldn't finish the play. 38 minutes into the match, Stensby's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Wergeland came free, but Carl Bratlie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Daniel Lysgård had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Espen Lindstrøm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Fredrik Engdal was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 74th minute. Stensby's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Espen Lindstrøm in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rikard Aarum, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 80 minutes in the game, Fredrik Engdal fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Rikard Aarum having to interfere. Fredrik Engdal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Espen Lindstrøm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the game, Espen Lindstrøm cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Rikard Aarum was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
