Alexander Tvenge's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Theodor Rossland read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Andreas Øvereng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Fabian Bang tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sigurd Kittelsen succeeded in the game's 28th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. When the final whistle sounded Lanesøren FF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than trondheim united.
