Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ken Edvartsen started the match with the kick off. The audience was convinced that Cai Sønsteby's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jim Skagestad was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Viker BK's Jørgen Lohne proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Viker BK from getting a goal against them. In the 16th minute Ken Edvartsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jørgen Lohne saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Vidar Folkedal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Havnnoes's supporters rose to their feet, but Vidar Folkedal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jørgen Lohne breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ken Edvartsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Viker BK's Jørgen Lohne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ken Edvartsen in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ken Edvartsen in the 25th minute of play forced Viker BK's goalkeeper Jørgen Lohne to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Viker BK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Ken Edvartsen scored to the left of an out of position Jørgen Lohne, making the score, 2-0. Iver Nøkleby recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Havnnoes's Sven Heggdal got a free kick in the 39th minute. Ken Edvartsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Jørgen Lohne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vidar Folkedal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. The wind increased when Cai Sønsteby made the kick off in the second half. When Cai Sønsteby came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Viker BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cai Sønsteby couldn't finish the play. Ken Edvartsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Jørgen Lohne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jørgen Lohne made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ken Edvartsen in the 59th minute of play. With his leg Jim Skagestad managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Viker BK's Iver Nøkleby fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jim Skagestad was a little too slow when Cai Sønsteby got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgard Møgster during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ken Edvartsen in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jørgen Lohne prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jim Skagestad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cai Sønsteby, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Havnnoes's zone, Iver Nøkleby stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jim Skagestad came out of the goal and Iver Nøkleby tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 87th minute, Iver Nøkleby left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Viker BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. In the 90th match minute, Havnnoes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Ditlefsen to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th match minute, Havnnoes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Oma to maneuver through the defense. Jim Skagestad acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 95th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Wilhelm Aardal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
