Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bendik Hognestad started the match with the kick off. Endre Evenstad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bendik Hognestad in the 3rd minute of the match. A collision led to Fredrikstad FK getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Kent-Are Bekkelund hit a great ball. In the 8th minute, Bendik Hognestad reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Endre Evenstad. The goal made the score 1-0. Ruben Stokkan hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. When Fredrikstad FK's Sebastian Løge in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ekra FF's goalie prevented a goal. Mathias Krogh shot from long distance in the 16th minute, but Endre Evenstad was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. The supporters of Fredrikstad FK booed when Ekra FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruben Stokkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute Sjur Gudbrandsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tor-Ivar Hella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Fredrikstad FK's Sebastian Løge sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tor-Ivar Hella narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gunnar Hansen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Endre Evenstad having to interfere. Bendik Hognestad might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Endre Evenstad. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bendik Hognestad ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 33rd match minute, Fredrikstad FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenneth Fylkesnes to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Fredrikstad FK's zone, Bendik Hognestad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Endre Evenstad came out of the goal and Bendik Hognestad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sebastian Løge stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Sebastian Løge took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Tor-Ivar Hella to make any attempt to save it. Endre Evenstad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bendik Hognestad in the 65th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Gunnar Hansen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ekra FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Gunnar Hansen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Endre Evenstad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Fredrikstad FK's zone, Gunnar Hansen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Endre Evenstad came out of the goal and Gunnar Hansen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gunnar Hansen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 86 played minutes Fredrikstad FK got a freekick which was hit by Kjartan Enge. Mathias Krogh took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Endre Evenstad. Fredrikstad FK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tor-Ivar Hella made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Sjur Gudbrandsen sent off a good shot on target. 97 minutes into the match, Ekra FF's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Løge came free, but Tor-Ivar Hella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Fredrikstad FK players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Ekra FF from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
