When Kim Lausund fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Krøderen's protests and gave Kim Lausund a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Krøderen's Kim Lausund got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Daniel Soma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joachim Horpestad, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joachim Horpestad during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Joachim Horpestad hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Mads Haddeland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristian Alsaker having to interfere. After some careless play in the Vikstrøm defense, Joachim Horpestad kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Soma. The Vikstrøm fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Soma should have stopped the shot. Joachim Horpestad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joachim Horpestad's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Soma read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. If Mads Haddeland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vikstrøm's Mads Haddeland got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mads Haddeland in the 32nd minute of play forced Krøderen's goalkeeper Kristian Alsaker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Johannes Clausen fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Krøderen's protests and gave Johannes Clausen a yellow card for diving instead. Johannes Clausen kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Johannes Clausen got his second yellow card in the match during the 34th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Krøderen's Johannes Clausen got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 36th minute of the match Tom Flesland shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kristian Alsaker showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hans-Kristian Bjerga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Kristian Alsaker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hans-Kristian Bjerga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Theodor Andresen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Daniel Soma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A wasted opportunity for Krøderen. 72 minutes into the match, Hans-Kristian Bjerga dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kristian Alsaker, 2-1. Theodor Andresen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Daniel Soma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Krøderen booed when Vikstrøm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans-Petter Bruvoll didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute, Hans-Kristian Bjerga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kim Lausund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Theodor Andresen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Soma. Vikstrøm's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Theodor Andresen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1.
