After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Helge Kilen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gjelbakken's supporters rose to their feet, but Helge Kilen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henning Korsvold breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Steffen Visnes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Henning Korsvold tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henning Korsvold didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Gjelbakken's Helge Kilen shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Helge Kilen kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Peter Hovind blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mats Finne having to make a save. If Petter Stien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Helge Kilen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marius Åsland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peter Hovind received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Mats Finne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Peter Hovind came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Tømmervik BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peter Hovind couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Helge Kilen in the 70th minute of play forced Tømmervik BK's goalkeeper Henning Korsvold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tømmervik BK's Henning Korsvold proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Tømmervik BK from getting a goal against them. Helge Kilen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peter Hovind ran back to his position shaking his head. Marius Åsland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henning Korsvold having to interfere. Marius Åsland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gjelbakken's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
