Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Søren Forsberg started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Øyvind Lomeland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 9 minutes into the match, Ulebåsen's goalkeeper Hans Johannessen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Øyvind Lomeland. Balder Skotnes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jon-Inge Håland in the 10th minute of play. Balder Skotnes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jon-Inge Håland in the 12th minute of the match. Jon-Inge Håland took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Balder Skotnes. Balder Skotnes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Jonathan Sagstuen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Balder Skotnes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Bjørn Borgan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ulebåsen's supporters rose to their feet, but Bjørn Borgan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Balder Skotnes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 32 played minutes Gruner FK got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Inge Myrseth. Balder Skotnes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jon-Inge Håland in the 33rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Gruner FK's Christer Robertsen got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute, Jonathan Sagstuen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ulebåsen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Øyvind Lomeland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hans Johannessen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Søren Forsberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonathan Sagstuen to strike the kick off in the second half. When Bjørn Borgan fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ulebåsen's protests and gave Bjørn Borgan a yellow card for diving instead. Bjørn Borgan hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Hans Johannessen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Søren Forsberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After 61 played minutes Gruner FK got a freekick which was hit by Christer Robertsen. Jon-Inge Håland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Balder Skotnes having to interfere. If Jon-Inge Håland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bjørn Borgan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Sagstuen was extremely unlucky when he, in the 70th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 75 minutes, Jon-Inge Håland made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Gruner FK's Balder Skotnes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ulebåsen's Hans Johannessen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Øyvind Lomeland in the 83rd minute of play. Hans Johannessen came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Gruner FK's Øyvind Lomeland. But to his dismay, Øyvind Lomeland quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. If Jon-Inge Håland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
