Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Inge Sævareid started the match with the kick off. Ole-Johan Brevig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lukas Lossius in the 10th minute of play. A collision led to Guttane getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Iver Throndsen hit a great ball. In the 13th minute of the match Geir-Inge Kolseth sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ole-Johan Brevig skillfully saved the ball. Lukas Lossius scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ole-Johan Brevig, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jarl Opdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inge Sævareid, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Guttane's Tore Estensen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bertel Henden in the 21 minute of the game. After having played for 29 minutes, Oscar Sørland managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guttane's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar Sørland was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Oscar Sørland took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jarl Opdal. Jarl Opdal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Oscar Sørlands short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Jarl Opdal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Jarl Opdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inge Sævareid, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The supporters of Stockholm STH booed when Guttane was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Svein Askvik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Geir-Inge Kolseth, 39 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Oscar Sørland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Inge Sævareid kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jarl Opdal. That made the score 2-1 in the 45 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Lukas Lossius made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Inge Sævareid in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jarl Opdal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 66 minutes into the match, Inge Sævareid had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jarl Opdal. Stockholm STH's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Inge Sævareid was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 73rd minute Frode Robberstad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ole-Johan Brevig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Guttane fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when Guttane's Oscar Sørland looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the Stockholm STH defense, Oscar Sørland kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jarl Opdal. The Stockholm STH fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jarl Opdal should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Inge Sævareid managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guttane's supporters rose to their feet, but Inge Sævareid was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jarl Opdal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inge Sævareid in the 86th minute of play forced Stockholm STH's goalkeeper Jarl Opdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frode Robberstad's late challenge caught a Guttane's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frode Robberstad helped the player get up and apologised. If Inge Sævareid had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, Herman Sætran left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Stockholm STH fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. Guttane walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
