Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Stig-Inge Wold made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute, Tjørve BF's Truls Gunnerud ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Harald Hafstad. Harald Hafstad yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Truls Gunnerud's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harald Hafstad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Oppegård's goalkeeper Harald Hafstad, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 9 minutes, Stig-Inge Wold managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oppegård's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stig-Inge Wold was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Truls Gunnerud in the 19th minute of play forced Oppegård's goalkeeper Harald Hafstad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Oppegård's Balder Sletner sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Per Skau narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Harald Hafstad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Truls Gunnerud in the 23rd minute of play. In the 24th match minute, Oppegård was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ole-Petter Martinussen to maneuver through the defense. Oppegård's Balder Sletner got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julius Brænden got free with Harald Hafstad in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Truls Gunnerud received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Harald Hafstad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 41 minutes of play, Tjørve BF's Julius Brænden made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Harald Hafstad was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stig-Inge Wold took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Per Skau. Per Skau dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Truls Gunnerud to make the kick off. Balder Sletner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Per Skau tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tarjei Juell's late challenge caught a Oppegård's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tarjei Juell helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 54th minute of the game. One of Tjørve BF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Oppegård:s goal. Amund Grøtte shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Harald Hafstad didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julius Brænden went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Tjørve BF's Julius Brænden got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 72 minutes into the match, Julius Brænden notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Oppegård's Harald Hafstad. Harald Hafstad was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Oppegård's Balder Sletner got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stig-Inge Wold struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Per Skau didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Oppegård. Julius Brænden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Harald Hafstad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Balder Sletner notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Tjørve BF's Per Skau. Per Skau was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Oppegård's Morten Fiske got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oppegård's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
