Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ørjan Tverberg in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andreas Hexeberg saved Løken from getting behind. The supporters of Løken booed when Hammeren was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilhelm Synnes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Karsten Haugli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arild Friestad having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Ørjan Tverberg notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Løken's Andreas Hexeberg. Andreas Hexeberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 30th minute, Eilif Marcussen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arild Friestad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karsten Haugli, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. When Andreas Næsheim came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Løken fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andreas Næsheim couldn't finish the play. If Andreas Næsheim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jimmy Christiansen charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jimmy Christiansen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eilif Marcussen to make the kick off. Eilif Marcussen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Andreas Hexeberg having to make a save. Karsten Haugli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andreas Næsheim in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arild Friestad prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Andreas Hexeberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eilif Marcussen, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Richard Nybakk kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After 77 played minutes Løken got a freekick which was hit by Richard Nybakk. When Karsten Haugli, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 79 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Arild Friestad was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Arild Friestad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Næsheim, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 88 minutes into the match, Hammeren's goal looked a bit too open when Karsten Haugli came free, but Arild Friestad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 92 played minutes Hammeren got a freekick which was hit by Bendik Engebretsen. Karsten Haugli might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arild Friestad. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Karsten Haugli ran back to his position shaking his head. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
