Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Rune Nordstrand started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Höivaag's Egil Reppen got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 11 played minutes Sandecja Nowy Sącz got a freekick which was hit by Ole-Jostein Lauritzen. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rune Nordstrand in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Otto Heier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Höivaag's zone, Chris Os stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tore Willumsen came out of the goal and Chris Os tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ole-Petter Greve received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Tore Willumsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Otto Heier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Egil Reppen in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rune Nordstrand in the 19th minute of play forced Sandecja Nowy Sącz's goalkeeper Otto Heier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egil Reppen in the 21st minute of play forced Sandecja Nowy Sącz's goalkeeper Otto Heier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Otto Heier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Egil Reppen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ole-Petter Greve had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Sandecja Nowy Sącz getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Erland Berland hit a great ball. Tore Willumsen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Chris Os went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Otto Heier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rune Nordstrand in the 34th minute of the match. A collision led to Sandecja Nowy Sącz getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Thor Vik hit a great ball. Egil Reppen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Otto Heier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 41 minutes, Egil Reppen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Höivaag's supporters crossed their fingers, but Egil Reppen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ole-Petter Greve had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Egil Reppen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ole-Petter Greve was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rune Nordstrand in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Otto Heier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rune Nordstrand recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Sandecja Nowy Sącz defense, Egil Reppen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Otto Heier. The Sandecja Nowy Sącz fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Otto Heier should have stopped the shot. Egil Reppen made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 65thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Otto Heier would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. In the 66th minute, Nils-Christian Marstein got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rune Nordstrand in the 68th minute of play forced Sandecja Nowy Sącz's goalkeeper Otto Heier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Egil Reppen in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Otto Heier, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Rune Nordstrand kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Egil Reppen was extremely unlucky when he, in the 80th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. A collision led to Höivaag getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Egil Reppen hit a great ball. If Egil Reppen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Sandecja Nowy Sącz's goalkeeper Otto Heier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Egil Reppen. Egil Reppen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otto Heier having to interfere. The Sandecja Nowy Sącz fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Höivaag were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
