Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Jutlamannen Lærdal's Kevin Utsi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig-Inge Hodneland in the 4th minute of play. 6 minutes into the game, Lars Lundal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MAXIMUS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jutlamannen Lærdal the free kick. Lars Lundal hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Kevin Utsi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mats Haldorsen in the 9th minute of the match. A collision led to Jutlamannen Lærdal getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Truls Fosen hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the match, MAXIMUS's goalkeeper Halvard Lindanger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Steffen Undheim. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Stig-Inge Hodneland managed to get in a good position for a shot. MAXIMUS's supporters rose to their feet, but Stig-Inge Hodneland was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kevin Utsi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stig-Inge Hodneland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kevin Utsi having to interfere. After having played for 24 minutes, Stig-Inge Hodneland managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MAXIMUS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stig-Inge Hodneland was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Truls Fosen struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Halvard Lindanger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jutlamannen Lærdal. Kevin Utsi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig-Inge Hodneland, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Halvard Lindanger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Truls Fosen in the 36th minute of play. In the 47th minute, Steffen Undheim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jutlamannen Lærdal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mats Haldorsen to make the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Jutlamannen Lærdal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Truls Fosen to maneuver through the defense. Kevin Utsi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig-Inge Hodneland in the 57th minute of the match. Lars Lundal kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. The referee ignored Jutlamannen Lærdal's protests and gave Otto Toft a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Jutlamannen Lærdal getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Otto Toft hit a great ball. Mats Haldorsen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. MAXIMUS's Stig-Inge Hodneland got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stig-Inge Hodneland struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Kevin Utsi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MAXIMUS. In the 79th minute, Anton Leirvik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Halvard Lindanger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steffen Undheim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the game, Asle Stenvik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Halvard Lindanger was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Steffen Undheim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Halvard Lindanger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Stig-Inge Hodneland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MAXIMUS's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Jutlamannen Lærdal had won, even though MAXIMUS had held more of the ball.
