Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Christer Helliesen started the match with the kick off. 4 minutes in the game, Christer Helliesen fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Aslak Bremseth having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Midbø BK's goal looked a bit too open when Christer Helliesen came free, but Aslak Bremseth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Søren Rudolfsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuel Karlson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Søren Rudolfsen's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Emanuel Karlson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristian Søgaard in the 22nd minute of the match. 27 minutes into the game, Svanvik's Hugo Kraft nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aslak Bremseth made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 30th minute, Birger Andresen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Birger Andresen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Christer Helliesen came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Svanvik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christer Helliesen couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kristian Søgaard made a kick off. In the 54th minute Midbø BK were awarded a corner. Brage Hervik went to the cornerflag to take it. Emanuel Karlson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Søren Rudolfsen in the 56th minute. Aslak Bremseth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Birger Andresen in the 58th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Midbø BK's zone, Christer Helliesen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aslak Bremseth came out of the goal and Christer Helliesen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Birger Andresen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Aslak Bremseth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Christer Helliesen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Svanvik fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Kjetil Elvenes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Birger Andresen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Midbø BK booed when Svanvik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position.
