Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) FC Spurvene's Kenneth Bjørnå started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some careless play in the FC Spurvene defense, Rune Blakstad kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kenneth Kristiansen. The FC Spurvene fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kenneth Kristiansen should have stopped the shot. In the 13th minute, Jesper Lindhjem made a precise shot to the right of Kenneth Kristiansen. FC Spurvene's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After a rather tough play, Celtic1888's Jan-Aage Saltnes got a free kick in the 18th minute. Celtic1888's Noah Skram played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kenneth Bjørnå in the 19th minute of play. Mads Nesje hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Kenneth Bjørnå recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kenneth Kristiansen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesper Lindhjem, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Jan-Aage Saltnes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kenneth Kristiansen. FC Spurvene's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, Olav Olberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Spurvene's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Celtic1888 the free kick. After a rather tough play, FC Spurvene's Olav Olberg got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Noah Skram made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenneth Bjørnå in the 37th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Celtic1888's goalkeeper Noah Skram had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sture Bjørkli. The supporters of FC Spurvene booed when Celtic1888 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robert Lindland didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Sture Bjørkli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sture Bjørkli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Noah Skram tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The FC Spurvene players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Celtic1888 were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Rune Blakstad made the kick off in the second half. Rune Blakstad's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kenneth Kristiansen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Kenneth Bjørnå fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noah Skram having to interfere. Sture Bjørkli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Noah Skram tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute Sture Bjørkli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Noah Skram saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jesper Lindhjem blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kenneth Kristiansen having to make a save. Sture Bjørkli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Noah Skram tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kenneth Kristiansen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rune Blakstad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Celtic1888's Rune Blakstad slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kenneth Kristiansen. That made the score 0-3 after 68 minutes of play. After a defensive mix-up in Celtic1888's zone, Sture Bjørkli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Noah Skram came out of the goal and Sture Bjørkli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Noah Skram took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kenneth Bjørnå, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Celtic1888's Tormod Alexandersen got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After having played for 87 minutes, Sture Bjørkli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Spurvene's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sture Bjørkli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sture Bjørkli in the 93rd minute of play forced Celtic1888's goalkeeper Noah Skram to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Kenneth Bjørnå had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute of the match Tor-Ivar Ohnstad shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kenneth Kristiansen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
