One of Polarbears:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Liverpool jz:s goal. Ole-Einar Claussen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oliver Røine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gard Langåker having to interfere. Ole-Einar Claussen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gard Langåker having to make a save. Stein Korneliussen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gard Langåker having to interfere. With a little luck, Liverpool jz's Gard Langåker got control of the ball when Daniel Brandvold tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 29thth minute of the game Morten Høie who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Polarbears's Kim Engelstad was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Polarbears's Kim Engelstad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Erlandsen in the 32nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Henrik Sellæg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Liverpool jz's supporters rose to their feet, but Henrik Sellæg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kim Engelstad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 44 minutes into the match, Polarbears's goal looked a bit too open when Henrik Sellæg came free, but Kim Engelstad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ole-Einar Claussen was the one to do the kick off. Henrik Hornnes kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Stein Korneliussen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gard Langåker having to interfere. 72 minutes into the game, Morten Høie recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kim Engelstad. Morten Høie showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Emil Erlandsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Polarbears's Kim Engelstad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Morten Høie in the 78th minute of play. If Ole-Einar Claussen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 81 minutes, Ole-Einar Claussen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Polarbears's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ole-Einar Claussen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gard Langåker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ole-Einar Claussen in the 85th minute of play. Daniel Brandvold kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Henrik Sellæg took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kim Engelstad. Kim Engelstad dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2.
