Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Kristian Olaisen started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Grimstad FF getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Rikard Guddal hit a great ball. Rikard Guddal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emil Kolle read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Lunden's Emil Kolle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rikard Guddal in the 9th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Rikard Guddal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grimstad FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Rikard Guddal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emil Kolle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kjetil Simonsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristian Olaisen in the 18th minute of play. If Kristian Olaisen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, Grimstad FF's goalkeeper Kjetil Simonsen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Finn-Christian Aae. Emil Kolle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Skevik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute, Lunden's Kristian Olaisen ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kjetil Simonsen. Kjetil Simonsen yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Rikard Guddal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Kolle having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rikard Guddal was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Grimstad FF's Jack Kvamsdal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emil Kolle narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 54 minutes, Martin Frafjord mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lunden and the Grimstad FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Martin Frafjord kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Harald Ravndal took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emil Kolle. Lunden's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Rikard Guddal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emil Kolle read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Grimstad FF's goal looked a bit too open when Finn-Christian Aae came free, but Kjetil Simonsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kjetil Simonsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kristian Olaisen in the 63rd minute of play. Morten Hilde charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Morten Hilde the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 63rd minute, Morten Hilde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kristian Olaisen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Finn-Christian Aae in the 69th minute of play forced Grimstad FF's goalkeeper Kjetil Simonsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Grimstad FF's zone, Kristian Olaisen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kjetil Simonsen came out of the goal and Kristian Olaisen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kristian Olaisen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjetil Simonsen having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Grimstad FF's Harald Ravndal got a free kick in the 75th minute. Glenn Kallestad, 76 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Kjetil Simonsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Finn-Christian Aae in the 78th minute of play. Rikard Guddal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emil Kolle having to make a save. Finn-Christian Aae received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Kjetil Simonsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th match minute, Grimstad FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Skevik to maneuver through the defense. Finn-Christian Aae fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjetil Simonsen having to interfere. Finn-Christian Aae received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Kjetil Simonsen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. John Digre hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Lunden's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
