Fred Haagensen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurits Reinertsen in the 6th minute of the match. Glenn Liberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Haagensen having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Nykland BK's goal looked a bit too open when Glenn Liberg came free, but Fred Haagensen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 13 played minutes, Drågåset's Markus Bakkelund shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fred Haagensen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Drågåset reached it. Fred Haagensen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laurits Reinertsen in the 15th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the game, Nykland BK's Theodor Baltzersen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tobias Otterlei made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Nykland BK's zone, Laurits Reinertsen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fred Haagensen came out of the goal and Laurits Reinertsen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Jon Huus fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nykland BK's protests and gave Jon Huus a yellow card for diving instead. After 22 played minutes Nykland BK got a freekick which was hit by Jon Huus. Fred Haagensen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laurits Reinertsen in the 33rd minute of play. When Rikard Stokkenes came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Nykland BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rikard Stokkenes couldn't finish the play. In the 44th minute, Ståle Bjørgum got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Drågåset's goalkeeper Tobias Otterlei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rikard Stokkenes. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ståle Bjørgum to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Rikard Stokkenes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tobias Otterlei was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 57th minute, Glenn Liberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Laurits Reinertsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fred Haagensen having to interfere. If Rikard Stokkenes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nykland BK's goalkeeper Fred Haagensen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Glenn Liberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Nykland BK's Anders Dahle got a free kick in the 69th minute. When Glenn Liberg came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Drågåset fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Glenn Liberg couldn't finish the play. Rikard Stokkenes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Otterlei having to interfere. Laurits Reinertsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 79th minute Glenn Liberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fred Haagensen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ståle Bjørgum sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 93 played minutes Drågåset got a freekick which was hit by Øyvind Sætran. In the 95th minute, Ståle Bjørgum got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Drågåset players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Nykland BK.
