Ola Sjøthun who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Trygve Skjærstad when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Blaker Fc's Ola Sjøthun got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilhelm Øvretveit in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Trygve Skjærstad prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wilhelm Øvretveit's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Trygve Skjærstad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Nyhus BF's Trygve Skjærstad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilhelm Øvretveit in the 19th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Nyhus BF's goalkeeper Trygve Skjærstad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ola Sjøthun. Markus Grødem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Sjøberg in the 29th minute of the match. Markus Grødem showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Sjøberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. That made the score 0-2 in the 83 minute of play. 87 minutes in the game, Christian Sjøberg fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Markus Grødem having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edvin Brønstad got free with Markus Grødem in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Nyhus BF eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
