Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jan-Ivar Bui took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 9th minute, Jan-Ivar Bui reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Joachim Rolland. The goal made the score 1-0. After 11 played minutes Gallia FC got a freekick which was hit by Espen Nordberg. Ranheim IL's Joachim Rolland played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Ivar Bui in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Jan-Ivar Bui reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Joachim Rolland. The goal made the score 2-0. A collision led to Gallia FC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Espen Nordberg hit a great ball. If Bjørn Marcussen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Steinar Nesje showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredrik Moberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Joachim Rolland made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bjørn Marcussen in the 31st minute. In the 37th minute, Bjørn Marcussen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gallia FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. A collision led to Ranheim IL getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Jarle Klokk hit a great ball. If Jan-Ivar Bui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, Ranheim IL's goalkeeper Joachim Rolland had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bjørn Marcussen. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Joachim Rolland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bjørn Marcussen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Bjørn Marcussen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 68 played minutes Gallia FC got a freekick which was hit by Espen Nordberg. Joachim Rolland came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Gallia FC's Jan-Ivar Bui. But to his dismay, Jan-Ivar Bui quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Joachim Rolland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Ivar Bui, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Morten Hopland kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Steinar Nesje made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fredrik Moberg in the 80th minute. 85 minutes into the game, Jan-Ivar Bui cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Joachim Rolland was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bjørn Marcussen in the 90th minute of play forced Ranheim IL's goalkeeper Joachim Rolland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
