After 18 played minutes Træff got a freekick which was hit by Hans-Petter Aaby. Thanks to some nice moves Thomas Holtet could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Tor Mæhle however easily saved by the left post. Tor Mæhle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thomas Holtet in the 20th minute. With his leg Tor Mæhle managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Asylmottaket FK's Thomas Holtet fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thomas Holtet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute Severin Marstein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tor Mæhle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Træff booed when Asylmottaket FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Leonhardsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Severin Marstein in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tor Mæhle saved Træff from getting behind. 34 minutes into the match, Asylmottaket FK's goal looked a bit too open when Christoffer Nystrøm came free, but Nils-Christian Vågen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 minutes of play, Træff's Christoffer Nystrøm made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nils-Christian Vågen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nils-Christian Vågen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christoffer Nystrøm went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The supporters of Asylmottaket FK booed when Træff was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marius Hagerup didn't get a good kick on the ball. Træff's Tor Mæhle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severin Marstein in the 53rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Træff's Hans-Petter Aaby got a free kick in the 54th minute. Daniel Leonhardsen's late challenge caught a Træff's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Træff's Marius Hagerup was responsible for 0-3 with a brilliant performance in the 73rd minute when he, by himself, got past the opponents defense and with a quick shot sent the ball into the goal to the left of Nils-Christian Vågen. Træff's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
