Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tage Flaten kicked off to start the match. Sondre Stoklands shot in the 4th of the game seemed impossible, but Verner Lid made a great throw and managed to grab the ball before it went below the crossbar. Rausandakslen FF were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Galatasaray's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Markus Almaas took the corner. Ingvar Stavland was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 9th minute, Trond Rygg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sturle Heyerdahl. The goal made the score 1-0. 12 minutes in the game, Tage Flaten fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Sturle Heyerdahl having to interfere. Sturle Heyerdahl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Trond Rygg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Branco in the 16th minute of play forced Rausandakslen FF's goalkeeper Sturle Heyerdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute, Tage Flaten left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Galatasaray fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 26 minutes, Cristiano Branco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Galatasaray and the Rausandakslen FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 26th match minute, Galatasaray was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristiano Branco to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute, Galatasaray's Cristiano Branco dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Rausandakslen FF's Sturle Heyerdahl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Rausandakslen FF from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Rausandakslen FF's Markus Almaas got a free kick in the 35th minute. After having played for 38 minutes, Joachim Harnes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galatasaray's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joachim Harnes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Trond Rygg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sturle Heyerdahl came out and tried to block the shot, but Trond Rygg slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 40th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Branco in the 43rd minute of play forced Rausandakslen FF's goalkeeper Sturle Heyerdahl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Trond Rygg came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Galatasaray fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Trond Rygg couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Rausandakslen FF's Christer Granmo got a free kick in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Markus Almaas to make the kick off. After 57 played minutes Rausandakslen FF got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Melbye. After 58 played minutes, Galatasaray's Joachim Harnes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sturle Heyerdahl came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Galatasaray reached it. Galatasaray's Trond Rygg got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Trond Rygg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute Cristiano Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sturle Heyerdahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Rausandakslen FF's goal looked a bit too open when Tage Flaten came free, but Sturle Heyerdahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Sondre Stokland fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rausandakslen FF's protests and gave Sondre Stokland a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Rausandakslen FF getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Sturle Heyerdahl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Branco, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Rausandakslen FF's Sturle Heyerdahl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Branco in the 85th minute of play. If Trond Rygg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute Cristiano Branco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sturle Heyerdahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sturle Heyerdahl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tage Flaten in the 91st minute of play. Sturle Heyerdahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tage Flaten in the 93rd minute of the match. After 93 played minutes Rausandakslen FF got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Melbye. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Galatasaray fully deserved thier win.
