Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Frode Myrhaug started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Robert Stokkeland hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. 4 minutes into the match, Rasmus Heggheim had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paul Hole. Hagavollen's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rasmus Heggheim was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 15th minute, Rasmus Heggheim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Hagavollen getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Ingar Kallevik hit a great ball. Mike Uyttebroeck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Paul Hole tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Fredrikstad FK getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Robert Stokkeland hit a great ball. Mike Uyttebroeck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rasmus Heggheim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Hole having to interfere. After 34 minutes of play, Fredrikstad FK's Mike Uyttebroeck made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paul Hole was left in no man's land by his defense there! 1-3 became the score in the 38th minute when Mike Uyttebroeck elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 42nd minute, Mike Uyttebroeck ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paul Hole was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. After the first half Fredrikstad FK were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mike Uyttebroeck stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Mike Uyttebroeck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Robert Stokkeland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Christoffer Kalland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Segundo Gartzea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Segundo Gartzea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christoffer Kalland, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. 58 minutes into the game, Mike Uyttebroeck cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Paul Hole was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Paul Hole was out of position in the 62 minute of play, and Rasmus Heggheim capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rasmus Heggheim really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. In the 66th minute, Robert Stokkeland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Frode Myrhaug came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Hagavollen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frode Myrhaug couldn't finish the play. Mike Uyttebroeck hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Rasmus Heggheim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Hole having to interfere. After having played for 75 minutes, Mike Uyttebroeck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fredrikstad FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mike Uyttebroeck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Hagavollen's zone, Mike Uyttebroeck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paul Hole came out of the goal and Mike Uyttebroeck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Mike Uyttebroeck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paul Hole took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mike Uyttebroeck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Hagavollen's zone, Rasmus Heggheim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paul Hole came out of the goal and Rasmus Heggheim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mike Uyttebroeck struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Paul Hole didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fredrikstad FK. In the 87th minute, Rasmus Heggheim got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ingar Kallevik's late challenge caught a Fredrikstad FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ingar Kallevik helped the player get up and apologised. Ingar Kallevik kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Segundo Gartzea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christoffer Kalland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kim-André Aasland took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Segundo Gartzea. Fredrikstad FK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fredrikstad FK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
