Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Audun Stiansen kicked off to start the match. Tommy Tronstad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ståle Heistad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Thomas Uthus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stavanger's supporters rose to their feet, but Thomas Uthus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kenneth Jonsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Tveiten getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Christer Bjerkestrand hit a great ball. Tveiten's Kenneth Jonsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Runar Fosse in the 12th minute of play. In the 17th minute, Runar Fosse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Runar Fosse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Kenneth Jonsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thomas Uthus blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kenneth Jonsson having to make a save. Stavanger:s Tommy Tronstad showed great skill when he stopped Runar Ruud:s penalty. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Runar Fosse to strike the kick off in the second half. Stavanger's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tobias Erga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kenneth Jonsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Uthus in the 76th minute of the match. But to his dismay, Aleksander Sleire quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 87 played minutes Tveiten got a freekick which was hit by Martin Jøssang. The audience held their breath when Thomas Uthus in the 89th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Kenneth Jonsson's left hand side. Runar Fosse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 95 played minutes Tveiten got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Nysæter.
