Lamgnes's Trond Fevang got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sivert Wikstrøm in the 38th minute of play forced Lamgnes's goalkeeper John-Einar Wisløff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edvin Åsland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Jim-André Alvestad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Endre Knarvik hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Trond Fevang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 92 played minutes Strander got a freekick which was hit by Patrik Bjerknes. 92 minutes into the match, Lamgnes's Kjartan Arntsen broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Edvin Åsland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jim-André Alvestad having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Strander's goal looked a bit too open when Trond Fevang came free, but Jim-André Alvestad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Strander players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Lamgnes.
