Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Henrik Ringdal kicked off to start the match. In the 6th minute Anders Larsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asgeir Jonsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Orkla FK's zone, Yngve Finstad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Asgeir Jonsson came out of the goal and Yngve Finstad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Asgeir Jonsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bård Gran in the 12th minute of the match. Anders Larsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Asgeir Jonsson having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andreas Hegna in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Asgeir Jonsson saved Orkla FK from getting behind. The supporters of Orkla FK booed when Solbu BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andreas Hegna didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute, Daniel Oppedal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bård Gran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Henrik Ringdal struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Cato Moen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Orkla FK. 27 minutes into the match, Solbu BK's goalkeeper Cato Moen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Oppedal. Daniel Oppedal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Cato Moen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Solbu BK's Cato Moen got control of the ball when Daniel Oppedal tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Henrik Ringdal fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Bård Gran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 36 played minutes Solbu BK got a freekick which was hit by Anders Larsen. Anders Larsen struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Asgeir Jonsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Solbu BK. Orkla FK's Asgeir Jonsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bård Gran in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anders Larsen in the 43rd minute of play forced Orkla FK's goalkeeper Asgeir Jonsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anders Larsen made a kick off. Anders Larsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Asgeir Jonsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cato Moen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrik Ringdal in the 55th minute of the match. If Andreas Hegna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Bård Gran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Solbu BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Bård Gran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Asgeir Jonsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Orkla FK's Asgeir Jonsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Orkla FK from getting a goal against them. Cato Moen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrik Ringdal in the 67th minute of the match. When Raymond Njærheim fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Solbu BK's protests and gave Raymond Njærheim a yellow card for diving instead. 69 minutes into the game, one of Solbu BK:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Amund Granly kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Anders Larsen struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Asgeir Jonsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Solbu BK. In the 90th minute of the match, Anders Larsen tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Asgeir Jonsson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Bård Gran might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Asgeir Jonsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bård Gran ran back to his position shaking his head. Ole Thingstad kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Asgeir Jonsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anders Larsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Solbu BK's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Orkla FK had won, even though Solbu BK had held more of the ball.
