Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when William Alvær kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inge Nordberg in the 5th minute of play forced Okstind IF's goalkeeper Aksel Sola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th minute of the match Kjetil Lauten sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aksel Sola skillfully saved the ball. Aksel Sola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from William Alvær, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 11th match minute, Okstind IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joachim Rossebø to maneuver through the defense. If Eilif Aakvik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Hvittingfoss booed when Okstind IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theodor Kile didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Hvittingfoss's Truls Øie tried to score from far away in the 16th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. After 21 played minutes Hvittingfoss got a freekick which was hit by Truls Øie. After some careless play in the Okstind IF defense, Eilif Aakvik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aksel Sola. The Okstind IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aksel Sola should have stopped the shot. Hvittingfoss's Morten Gjerde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Otto Haraldsen in the 28th minute of play. In the 29thth minute of the game Øivind Steine who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hvittingfoss's Morten Gjerde was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Øivind Steine in the 31st minute of play forced Hvittingfoss's goalkeeper Morten Gjerde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Morten Gjerde stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Øivind Steine's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Øivind Steine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Øivind Steine made the kick off in the second half. Okstind IF's Aksel Sola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eilif Aakvik in the 60th minute of play. William Alvær recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Otto Haraldsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Morten Gjerde having to interfere. When Halvor Wist fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hvittingfoss's protests and gave Halvor Wist a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Hvittingfoss's Halvor Wist got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 78th minute, Lars-Erik Rui hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Øivind Steine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Morten Gjerde having to interfere. Otto Haraldsen was extremely unlucky when he, in the 89th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Morten Gjerde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Øivind Steine, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. When Halvor Wist was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 92 minutes had been played. Halvor Wist kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Øivind Steine fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Hvittingfoss's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
