In the 10th minute, Hans Vikan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Lasse Sjøli fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ørsta's protests and gave Lasse Sjøli a yellow card for diving instead. In the 15th match minute, Ørsta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lasse Sjøli to maneuver through the defense. Nils Hatlestad stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alfred Fremstad's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute Paul Bøhn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johan Bjerkan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paul Bøhn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hans-Martin Hagenes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 25 minutes into the match, Ørsta's goalkeeper Nils Hatlestad had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olof Myrene. After having played for 29 minutes, Olof Myrene managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Den krispe krabbe FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olof Myrene was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Johan Bjerkan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paul Bøhn in the 33rd minute of the match. The supporters of Den krispe krabbe FK booed when Ørsta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans Vikan didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute of the match Lars Heitmann shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nils Hatlestad showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Olof Myrene recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Ørsta's zone, Olof Myrene stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nils Hatlestad came out of the goal and Olof Myrene tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nils Hatlestad didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 44th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Alfred Fremstad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils Hatlestad having to interfere. Alfred Fremstad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Georg Aarstad's late challenge caught a Ørsta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Georg Aarstad helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th minute, Georg Aarstad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 65th minute, Ørsta's Paul Bøhn ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Johan Bjerkan. Johan Bjerkan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. In the 70th minute, Alfred Fremstad made a precise shot to the right of Nils Hatlestad. Ørsta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. 73 minutes into the game, Hans Vikan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ørsta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Den krispe krabbe FK the free kick. Hans Vikan hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute Olof Myrene shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Hatlestad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nils Hatlestad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Olof Myrene struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Nils Hatlestad didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Den krispe krabbe FK. Nils Hatlestad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olof Myrene, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Den krispe krabbe FK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
