Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Jimmy Abbas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Stig Knutsen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Ulf-Hendrik Gill made a huge save. 1-0 became the score in the 6th minute when Kjetil Aas elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With a little luck, Barstrand FF's Ulf-Hendrik Gill got control of the ball when Kjetil Aas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ulf-Hendrik Gill took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjetil Aas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Barstrand FF's Ulf-Hendrik Gill proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Barstrand FF from getting a goal against them. Kjetil Aas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ulf-Hendrik Gill tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kristen Bergseng might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jon-Inge Stenberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kristen Bergseng ran back to his position shaking his head. Finn Fjeld kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Jimmy Abbas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Jon-Inge Stenberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th match minute, Barstrand FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mats Seljeseth to maneuver through the defense. Stig Knutsens short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Ulf-Hendrik Gill to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Skauan BK's Svend Hansen got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 46th minute, Kristen Bergseng left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Barstrand FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After 53 played minutes Barstrand FF got a freekick which was hit by Kristen Bergseng. In the 53rd minute, Kristen Bergseng fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. In the 56th minute Steffen Solhaug shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jon-Inge Stenberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute Stig Knutsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulf-Hendrik Gill saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jon-Inge Stenberg made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Kristen Bergseng sent off a good shot on target. Ulf-Hendrik Gill showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjetil Aas, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Jimmy Abbas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Jon-Inge Stenberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Skauan BK's zone, Jimmy Abbas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jon-Inge Stenberg came out of the goal and Jimmy Abbas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ulf-Hendrik Gill showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjetil Aas in the 76th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Kjetil Aas sped through Barstrand FF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ulf-Hendrik Gill. Jon-Inge Stenberg was a little too slow when Steffen Solhaug got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 2-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Steffen Solhaug during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Skauan BK booed when Barstrand FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steffen Solhaug didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kjetil Aas in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ulf-Hendrik Gill saved Barstrand FF from getting behind.
