Jonathan Lien sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Magne Naustdal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jan-Arne Sleire went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nottveit IF's goalkeeper Magne Naustdal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute of the match Kenneth Sætra shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Magne Naustdal showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Gullor's goal looked a bit too open when Yngve Stavland came free, but Jon-Arne Valde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Gullor's zone, Egil Vikse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jon-Arne Valde came out of the goal and Egil Vikse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jon-Arne Valde made an important save on a dangerous shot by Egil Vikse in the 43rd minute. Egil Vikse hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Nottveit IF's Magne Naustdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Løge in the 47th minute of play.

The wind increased when Yngve Stavland made the kick off in the second half. Magne Naustdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Moss in the 52nd minute of the match. Nottveit IF's Magne Naustdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Moss in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th match minute, Nottveit IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andreas Kjellevold to maneuver through the defense. Jon-Arne Valde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yngve Stavland in the 56th minute of play. Yngve Stavland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yngve Stavland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jon-Arne Valde having to interfere. When Yngve Stavland came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Nottveit IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yngve Stavland couldn't finish the play. When Nottveit IF's Yngve Stavland in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gullor's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Gullor's Jonathan Moss got a free kick in the 66th minute. Magne Naustdal was a little too slow when Christian Løge got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 70th minute. The score was now 0-2. Yngve Stavland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jon-Arne Valde having to interfere. When Arvid Tidemann fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nottveit IF's protests and gave Arvid Tidemann a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Nottveit IF's Arvid Tidemann got a free kick in the 77th minute. After 78 minutes of play, Gullor's Jan-Arne Sleire made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Magne Naustdal was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Yngve Stavland's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jon-Arne Valde was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. If Jan-Arne Sleire had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute, Jonathan Moss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Egil Vikse in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jon-Arne Valde saved Gullor from getting behind. Christian Løge received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Magne Naustdal came out and tried to block the shot, but Christian Løge slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 90th minute. The Gullor players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
