Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Kåre Øglænd made the kick off which started today's match. After 3 minutes, Jo Forbord mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Spjeld FF and the Jørem IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Jørem IF booed when Spjeld FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jo Forbord didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Løvlien's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robert Raastad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Søren Skår was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kåre Øglænd showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. Arild Stabell kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Spjeld FF's Christian Løvlien got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 19th minute Christian Løvlien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robert Raastad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 21 minutes of play, Spjeld FF's Marius Korsnes made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Robert Raastad was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Jørem IF's zone, Marius Korsnes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Raastad came out of the goal and Marius Korsnes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 28 minutes into the game, Spjeld FF's Christian Løvlien nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Robert Raastad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Marius Korsnes might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Robert Raastad. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marius Korsnes ran back to his position shaking his head. Verner Anwar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Spjeld FF's Søren Skår got control of the ball when Ole-Martin Sæbø tried to sneak it across the goal line.

Christian Løvlien fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Raastad having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Mathias Storeide hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Verner Anwar in the 67th minute of play forced Spjeld FF's goalkeeper Søren Skår to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Christian Løvlien came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Spjeld FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Løvlien couldn't finish the play. Spjeld FF's Søren Skår played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kåre Øglænd in the 75th minute of play. Marius Korsnes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Robert Raastad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Jørem IF's Albert Drevland got a free kick in the 87th minute. Robert Raastad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Løvlien in the 89th minute of the match. Christian Løvlien received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Robert Raastad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Spjeld FF's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
