Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tord Aarvik took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some careless play in the Livoll defense, Remi Rue kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Aardal. The Livoll fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Aardal should have stopped the shot. Tord Aarvik's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hans Wahlstrøm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match Jon-Inge Waaler climbed in front of goal and pressed up 1-1 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Hans Wahlstrøm. Jon-Inge Waaler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hans Wahlstrøm read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. If Christoffer Åsheim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tord Aarvik blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hans Wahlstrøm having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Livoll's zone, Christoffer Åsheim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Aardal came out of the goal and Christoffer Åsheim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. David Aardal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remi Rue in the 24th minute of the match. Hans Wahlstrøm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tord Aarvik in the 26th minute of play. Christoffer Åsheim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Aardal having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tord Aarvik in the 36th minute of play forced Etnesjøen's goalkeeper Hans Wahlstrøm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Torstein Stang charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Torstein Stang the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Etnesjøen's Remi Rue got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Livoll's David Aardal got control of the ball when Remi Rue tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 56th minute of the match Odd Strømberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hans Wahlstrøm skillfully saved the ball. Jon-Inge Waaler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Hans Wahlstrøm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jon-Inge Waaler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hans Wahlstrøm made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tord Aarvik in the 70th minute of play. Tord Aarvik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hans Wahlstrøm having to interfere. If Jon-Inge Waaler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hans Wahlstrøm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tord Aarvik's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Sebastian Mørland hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Tord Aarvik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Hans Wahlstrøm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Livoll's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Remi Rue fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Remi Rue blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without David Aardal having to make a save. Christoffer Åsheim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
