John Krogsrud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Sandbæk in the 3rd minute of the match. Tim Vikane hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. If Johan Lomeland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Johan Lomeland in the 19th minute of play forced Lilleenget FF's goalkeeper John Krogsrud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stig-Inge Birkeland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute Johan Lomeland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Krogsrud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Casper Granlund notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Ladberg's Wilhelm Thue. Wilhelm Thue was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Johan Lomeland's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but John Krogsrud read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. The Ladberg fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when Ladberg's Johan Lomeland looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Daniel Roen hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Rikard Skauge scored 2-1 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wilhelm Thue, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 72nd play minutes Johan Lomeland shot 2-2, a short shot which went by John Krogsrud and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 78th match minute, Lilleenget FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Skeie to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the match, Ladberg's Victor Bergset broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 81 minutes into the match, Lilleenget FF's goal looked a bit too open when Johan Lomeland came free, but John Krogsrud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Martin Grønn during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Martin Grønn hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After 87 played minutes, Lilleenget FF's Daniel Roen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Wilhelm Thue came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Wilhelm Thue tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Ladberg players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Lilleenget FF from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
