Tobias Nybakk kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Mathias Melheim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alf Husabø having to interfere. If Morten Martinsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Mathias Melheim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tromsdal's supporters rose to their feet, but Mathias Melheim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alf Husabø breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Tromsdal booed when Nøtset was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trym Iden didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 22 played minutes Nøtset got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Valla. After a defensive mix-up in Nøtset's zone, Mathias Melheim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alf Husabø came out of the goal and Mathias Melheim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Morten Martinsen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alf Husabø having to interfere. Christian Engvik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kristian Bang's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. After a rather tough play, Tromsdal's Jon-Inge Bjørkhaug got a free kick in the 31st minute. 35 minutes into the match, Tromsdal's goal looked a bit too open when Kristian Bang came free, but Christian Engvik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 36 played minutes Tromsdal got a freekick which was hit by Jon-Inge Bjørkhaug. 37 minutes into the game, Kristian Bang cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Christian Engvik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Nøtset's zone, Morten Martinsen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alf Husabø came out of the goal and Morten Martinsen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kristian Bang stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bastian Eriksen tried in the 54th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Christian Engvik a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 0-2. Hans-Erik Kinn blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alf Husabø having to make a save. Johannes Raknes shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tobias Nybakk during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Tromsdal booed when Nøtset was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Nybakk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Stenvik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Christian Engvik made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kristian Bang in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christian Engvik prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jon-Inge Bjørkhaug charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jon-Inge Bjørkhaug the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Nøtset's Kristian Bang in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tromsdal's goalie prevented a goal. Søren Haukenes's late challenge caught a Nøtset's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Søren Haukenes helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 84th minute of the game. One of Tromsdal:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Nøtset:s goal. In the 86th minute there was a penalty for Nøtset. Tobias Nybakk stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Christian Engvik. 0-5. In the 91st match minute, Nøtset was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Nybakk to maneuver through the defense. After 95 played minutes Nøtset got a freekick which was hit by Felix Thomassen. Morten Martinsen struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Alf Husabø didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tromsdal. After 102 minutes of play, Tromsdal's Morten Martinsen made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alf Husabø was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nøtset's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
