Kim Granmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Asmund Svingen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Kim Granmo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skjåstad's supporters rose to their feet, but Kim Granmo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Asmund Svingen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Narbø FF's Asmund Svingen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Oliversen in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd match minute, Skjåstad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yngvar Granum to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tore Sirnes in the 25th minute of play forced Skjåstad's goalkeeper Sivert Søberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Narbø FF's Jack Lavik in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Skjåstad's goalie prevented a goal. After 29 minutes, Yngvar Granum mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Skjåstad and the Narbø FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th minute, Yngvar Granum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Aleksander Herheim fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skjåstad's protests and gave Aleksander Herheim a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Skjåstad's Aleksander Herheim got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Sivert Søberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tore Sirnes in the 34th minute of play. Asmund Svingen made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Kim Granmo sent off a good shot on target. Narbø FF's Asmund Svingen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Narbø FF from getting a goal against them. Martin Oliversen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Tore Sirnes made the kick off in the second half. Jack Lavik's late challenge caught a Skjåstad's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jack Lavik helped the player get up and apologised. Jack Lavik hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. 55 minutes into the game, Oliver Gundersen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Narbø FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skjåstad the free kick. In the 54th minute, one of Narbø FF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Narbø FF. Nils-Johan Linde walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. If Martin Oliversen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jack Lavik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd match minute, Narbø FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Larssen to maneuver through the defense. Asmund Svingen came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Skjåstad's Kim Granmo. But to his dismay, Kim Granmo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 68 minutes into the game, David Larssen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Narbø FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skjåstad the free kick. The supporters of Skjåstad booed when Narbø FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Larssen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute Skjåstad were awarded a corner. Nils-Johan Linde went to the cornerflag to take it. The audience was convinced that Tore Sirnes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sivert Søberg was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. When Sebastian Mossige fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skjåstad's protests and gave Sebastian Mossige a yellow card for diving instead. Sebastian Mossige hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After having played for 97 minutes, Kim Granmo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skjåstad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kim Granmo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Martin Oliversen came up free with the goalie in the 102nd minute, the Skjåstad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Oliversen couldn't finish the play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Skjåstad had won after a very even match.
