Thomas Bentzen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Myre's Thomas Bentzen got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thomas Bentzen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Oscar Norum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 16 minutes, Konrad Sætre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brunstad IF and the Myre players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th minute, Konrad Sætre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Oscar Norum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Knarvik in the 17th minute of the match. Thomas Bentzen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Brunstad IF's Oscar Norum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Bentzen in the 20th minute of play. If Johannes Ågotnes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Myre's Dag Barka proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Myre from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Casper Hornnes in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dag Barka saved Myre from getting behind. In the 33rd minute, Casper Hornnes reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dag Barka. The goal made the score 1-0. The Myre fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Myre's Thomas Bentzen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Åge Narum kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. In the 48th minute, Thomas Bentzen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The audience was convinced that Johannes Ågotnes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dag Barka was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. Adam Knarvik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Oscar Norum tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Brunstad IF's zone, Adam Knarvik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oscar Norum came out of the goal and Adam Knarvik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 60th minute, Thomas Bentzen fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Oscar Norum, passed just outside the right post. 60 minutes into the game, Myre's Adam Knarvik nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oscar Norum made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Adam Knarvik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Norum having to interfere. Brunstad IF's Konrad Sætre got his second yellow card of the match in the 65th minute. The referee ordered Konrad Sætre off the ground. After a rather tough play, Brunstad IF's Konrad Sætre got a free kick in the 66th minute. When Johannes Ågotnes came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Brunstad IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johannes Ågotnes couldn't finish the play. Johannes Ågotnes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Casper Hornnes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adam Knarvik came free with the goalkeeper in the 82nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Oscar Norum could save by the left post. 82 minutes into the match, Adam Knarvik dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Oscar Norum, 1-3. Johannes Ågotnes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dag Barka read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Myre had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
