Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Finn-Christian Bjørk got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute, Brede Veiby ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Simen Johnson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 13th minute, Stig Lysø got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Torstein Engdal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Theodor Heggøy, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Finn-Christian Bjørk in the 17th minute of play forced Fröjen's goalkeeper Torstein Engdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Fröjen's goalkeeper Torstein Engdal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Finn-Christian Bjørk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Torstein Engdal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Finn-Christian Bjørk came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Klomset BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Finn-Christian Bjørk couldn't finish the play. In the 38th minute, Finn-Christian Bjørk made a precise shot to the right of Torstein Engdal. Fröjen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Torstein Engdal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Finn-Christian Bjørk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Fröjen's Stig Lysø slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Simen Johnson. That made the score 2-1 after 47 minutes of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.
In the 55th minute Stig Lysø shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simen Johnson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geir Stavenes kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Finn-Christian Bjørk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Torstein Engdal having to interfere. Brede Veiby's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Simen Johnson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Theodor Heggøy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Torstein Engdal made a huge save. Stig Lysø sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jon-Egil Sjøthun kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. 83 minutes into the game, Fröjen's Stig Lysø nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Simen Johnson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. In the 89th minute, one of Fröjen:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Fröjen. Jon-Egil Sjøthun shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Torstein Engdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Finn-Christian Bjørk in the 95th minute of the match. Fröjen's defense didn't have a chance, in the 96th minute, when Finn-Christian Bjørk scored to the left of an out of position Torstein Engdal, making the score, 5-2. Klomset BF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
