Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Korssund's Jostein Bergland started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Korssund's Conrado Arias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stian Jeppesen in the 3rd minute of play. Jostein Bergland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 14 minutes, Jostein Bergland made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Fredrikkested BF's Odd-Eirik Michalsen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Noe Flaks kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Conrado Arias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atle Aurstad in the 28th minute of the match. Jostein Bergland's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Odd-Eirik Michalsen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. If Mario Grande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Stian Jeppesen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roar Winther kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Stian Jeppesen made the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute of the match Trond Nymark sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Odd-Eirik Michalsen skillfully saved the ball. 62 minutes into the match, Atle Aurstad had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Conrado Arias. Korssund's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Atle Aurstad was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Odd-Eirik Michalsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jostein Bergland, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After 70 minutes Fredrikkested BF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Roar Winther who took care of the corner kick. 80 minutes into the game, Korssund's Ole-Gunnar Brenne nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Odd-Eirik Michalsen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Ole-Gunnar Brenne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Odd-Eirik Michalsen having to interfere. In the 89thth minute of the game Jostein Bergland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fredrikkested BF's Odd-Eirik Michalsen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Fredrikkested BF's zone, Roar Winther stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Odd-Eirik Michalsen came out of the goal and Roar Winther tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st minute, Jostein Bergland ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Odd-Eirik Michalsen was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Korssund's Jostein Bergland got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Korssund walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
