Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Yngvar Hågensen made the kick off which started today's match. Kent-Are Gabrielsen hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After 4 played minutes Georg Holmstrøm shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Laukeng's Roger Røst to catch but Georg Holmstrøm was lucky. It became 1-0 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. 9 minutes into the match, Tor-Kristian Beck had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Johannes Tronrud. Valberg BF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tor-Kristian Beck was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Tor-Kristian Beck scored 1-2 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Johannes Tronrud, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bjørn Bjune received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Johannes Tronrud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bjørn Bjune blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Johannes Tronrud having to make a save. When Laukeng's Tor-Kristian Beck in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Valberg BF's goalie prevented a goal. Julian Bryhn kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Lasse Myrseth struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Roger Røst didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valberg BF. Kent-Are Gabrielsen hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. If Yngvar Hågensen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Henrik Hoem kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 39 minutes in the game, Yngvar Hågensen dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Lasse Myrseths short, quick shot in the 41stth minute got Roger Røst to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tor-Kristian Beck to make the kick off. Henrik Hoem kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lasse Myrseth in the 55th minute of play forced Laukeng's goalkeeper Roger Røst to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roger Røst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yngvar Hågensen in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute Yngvar Hågensen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Røst saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A hard shot by Martin Arneberg from long distance, 63 minutes into the match, got Johannes Tronrud's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a rather tough play, Valberg BF's Georg Holmstrøm got a free kick in the 64th minute. Laukeng's André Hegland took a good shot, in the 65th minute, which hit the crossbar above Johannes Tronrud's head, and flew over the goal. Valberg BF's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by Laukeng. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tor-Kristian Beck in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Johannes Tronrud prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 68th minute, Bjørn Bjune got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Laukeng's Tor-Kristian Beck in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Valberg BF's goalie prevented a goal. Roger Røst took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yngvar Hågensen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bjørn Bjune fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johannes Tronrud having to interfere. Julian Bryhn's late challenge caught a Laukeng's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julian Bryhn helped the player get up and apologised. After 86 minutes, Lasse Myrseth mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Valberg BF and the Laukeng players grew even worse after the yellow card. 87 minutes into the match, Valberg BF's goalkeeper Johannes Tronrud had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bjørn Bjune. Bjørn Bjune received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Johannes Tronrud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lasse Myrseth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Laukeng supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Laukeng would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
