The referee showed Sebastian Sand the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Kramvik's Sebastian Sand got a free kick in the 20th minute. Reidar Dyngeland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Verner Vestby in the 21st minute of the match. When Sivert Kapstad came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Tømmeråsfjorden fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sivert Kapstad couldn't finish the play. Tømmeråsfjorden's Runar Myrhaug proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Tømmeråsfjorden from getting a goal against them. Ørjan Mogen's late challenge caught a Tømmeråsfjorden's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ørjan Mogen helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Tømmeråsfjorden booed when Kramvik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ørjan Mogen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reidar Dyngeland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Larsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 34 minutes into the match, Kramvik's goal looked a bit too open when Verner Vestby came free, but Reidar Dyngeland reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastian Sand got his second yellow card in the match during the 39th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 40th match minute, Kramvik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Sand to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Thomas Larsen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tømmeråsfjorden's supporters rose to their feet, but Thomas Larsen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reidar Dyngeland breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Reidar Dyngeland made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Larsen in the 45th minute of play. Verner Vestby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Reidar Dyngeland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Thomas Larsen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Thomas Larsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tømmeråsfjorden's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thomas Larsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd minute, Sivert Borch hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kristoffer Byrkjeland got free with Reidar Dyngeland in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 74 minutes into the game, Erik Gunnerud was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kramvik's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tømmeråsfjorden the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kramvik fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 73rd minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Reidar Dyngeland, was totally fooled by Tømmeråsfjorden's Kristoffer Byrkjeland, who 75 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 85th minute, Ørjan Mogen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Verner Vestby managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tømmeråsfjorden's supporters rose to their feet, but Verner Vestby was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. But to his dismay, Verner Vestby quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The Kramvik supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Tømmeråsfjorden's performance. The match ended with a win for Tømmeråsfjorden.
