The Oddvar Krogsrud was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Bernt Digre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geir-Inge Sellevold, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. In the 12th minute, Geir-Inge Sellevold ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bernt Digre was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Oddvar Krogsrud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casper Halse in the 17th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, Bjorvatn's goal looked a bit too open when Casper Halse came free, but Oddvar Krogsrud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Bjorvatn's goal looked a bit too open when Casper Halse came free, but Oddvar Krogsrud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 25 minutes, Chris Dahle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sjunkan BK and the Bjorvatn players grew even worse after the yellow card. Chris Dahle kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Bernt Digre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geir-Inge Sellevold, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oddvar Krogsrud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casper Halse, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Geir-Inge Sellevold to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Geir-Inge Sellevold in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernt Digre saved Sjunkan BK from getting behind. 56 minutes into the game, Tormod Martinsen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bjorvatn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sjunkan BK the free kick. In the 58thth minute of the game Casper Halse who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bjorvatn's Oddvar Krogsrud was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sjunkan BK's Casper Halse got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sjunkan BK's Bernt Digre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geir-Inge Sellevold in the 66th minute of play. After some careless play in the Sjunkan BK defense, Jon-Egil Kvalnes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernt Digre. The Sjunkan BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernt Digre should have stopped the shot. 74 minutes into the match, Sjunkan BK's Casper Halse sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oddvar Krogsrud narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oddvar Hatteland's late challenge caught a Sjunkan BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oddvar Hatteland helped the player get up and apologised. Oddvar Hatteland hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Casper Halse in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oddvar Krogsrud saved Bjorvatn from getting behind. Jon-Egil Kvalnes struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Bernt Digre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bjorvatn. Geir-Inge Sellevold fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernt Digre having to interfere. Bernt Digre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jon-Egil Kvalnes in the 83rd minute. Oddvar Hatteland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oddvar Krogsrud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erik Lindseth, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. If Erik Lindseth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 94 minutes, Jon-Egil Kvalnes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bjorvatn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jon-Egil Kvalnes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 97th minute Casper Halse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oddvar Krogsrud saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Bjorvatn supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Bjorvatn would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
