Håkøybotn BF's Peder Grongstad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casper Heggem in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Jørund Førsund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Håkøybotn BF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Helderen IF the free kick. After a rather tough play, Håkøybotn BF's Jørund Førsund got a free kick in the 10th minute. After 11 played minutes, Helderen IF's Erlend Øvretveit shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Peder Grongstad came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Helderen IF reached it. Peter Teigland hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Peder Grongstad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casper Heggem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peder Grongstad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl-Rune Husby, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Per-Kristian Derås fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Milde having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erik Hjelde in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thomas Milde prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Erik Hjelde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Thomas Milde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Helderen IF's Carl-Rune Husby got a free kick in the 37th minute. Thomas Milde showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Hjelde in the 42nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Håkøybotn BF's Peter Teigland got a free kick in the 45th minute. Thomas Milde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thomas Milde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Kristian Derås, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. With a little luck, Håkøybotn BF's Peder Grongstad got control of the ball when Johannes Estensen tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Helderen IF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
