Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Viking FK's Ask Tønsberg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience was convinced that Adam Sandbakken's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stein-Roger Silden was relentless in the 2nd minute of the game. 5 minutes into the match, Laniakea's Didrik Begum sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stein-Roger Silden narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Sjur Voll managed to get in a good position for a shot. Laniakea's supporters rose to their feet, but Sjur Voll was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stein-Roger Silden breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Viking FK defense, Hans-Erik Osland kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stein-Roger Silden. The Viking FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stein-Roger Silden should have stopped the shot. Stein-Roger Silden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adam Sandbakken in the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Lars Kvaal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stein-Roger Silden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adam Sandbakken, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Stein-Roger Silden stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adam Sandbakken's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute Hans-Erik Osland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stein-Roger Silden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Adam Sandbakken made a precise shot to the right of Stein-Roger Silden. Viking FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. When Adam Sandbakken came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Laniakea fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adam Sandbakken couldn't finish the play. Eilif Westlie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ali Adjani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stein-Roger Silden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Sandbakken in the 32nd minute of play. With 35 minutes on the clock, Mikael Høyer commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 36 played minutes Viking FK got a freekick which was hit by Mikael Høyer. A collision led to Viking FK getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Henrik Systad hit a great ball. In the 40th minute, Henrik Systad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eilif Westlie kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. The Viking FK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Laniakea were winning 1-3.

The wind increased when Adam Sandbakken made the kick off in the second half. Stein-Roger Silden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sjur Voll, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute of the match Laniakea got a corner. Viking FK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Didrik Begum ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Laniakea's corner Didrik Begum fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Stein-Roger Silden quite easily take care of the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Viking FK's goalkeeper Stein-Roger Silden had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lars Kvaal. Stein-Roger Silden made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Adam Sandbakken sent off a good shot on target. In the 61st match minute, Viking FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ask Tønsberg to maneuver through the defense. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by Viking FK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Didrik Begum was slow to take the kick. During this time Laniakea's players had a chance to rest. Laniakea's Didrik Begum was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Stein-Roger Silden in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Stein-Roger Silden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sjur Voll in the 68th minute of play. Stein-Roger Silden was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Adam Sandbakken showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 69 minute of play. With a little luck, Viking FK's Stein-Roger Silden got control of the ball when Adam Sandbakken tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stein-Roger Silden made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sjur Voll in the 73rd minute. 77 minutes into the match, Henrik Systad notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Laniakea's Ali Adjani. Ali Adjani was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Adam Sandbakken scored 2-5 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stein-Roger Silden, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Stein-Roger Silden was a little too slow when Adam Sandbakken got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 88th minute. The score was now 2-6. Stein-Roger Silden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans-Erik Osland in the 91st minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 92 minutes, Stein-Roger Silden successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Stein-Roger Silden was out of position in the 96 minute of play, and Hans-Erik Osland capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hans-Erik Osland really showed his touch with that goal: 2-7. When the final whistle sounded Laniakea left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Viking FK.
