Gædd FK's Andreas Berglund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Dolar in the 5th minute of play. Ian Grande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severin Hussein in the 15th minute of play. Tor-Ivar Mæhle kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute of the match Eik Tønsberg AllStars got a corner. Gædd FK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Salvatore Foti ran over to the corner to take the kick. Eik Tønsberg AllStars's Salvatore Foti was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Andreas Berglund in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some careless play in the Eik Tønsberg AllStars defense, Severin Hussein kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ian Grande. The Eik Tønsberg AllStars fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ian Grande should have stopped the shot. Andreas Berglund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvatore Foti in the 30th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvatore Foti in the 37th minute of play forced Gædd FK's goalkeeper Andreas Berglund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gædd FK were furious when Jan-Frode Singstad was red carded, 42 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of Gædd FK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Eik Tønsberg AllStars:s goal. Andreas Berglund had in the 44thth minute some difficulties stopping Salvatore Foti's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a long run with the ball, Salvatore Foti did a trick in the 44th minute in front of Gædd FK's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 2-1. An impressive performance by Eik Tønsberg AllStars's Salvatore Foti! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Salvatore Foti was the one to do the kick off. Andreas Berglund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kevin Dolar in the 51st minute of play. Geir-Inge Unhjem's late challenge caught a Eik Tønsberg AllStars's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geir-Inge Unhjem helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Gædd FK's Geir-Inge Unhjem got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Gædd FK's Andreas Berglund proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Gædd FK from getting a goal against them. Andreas Berglund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 忠 杨明勇 in the 59th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Gædd FK's Halvdan Osland got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 65th minute, Salvatore Foti left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net.
