Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Roy Luikens made the kick off and thus started the match. After 5 played minutes Ravestein got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Schenkhuizen. When Zuidhoven FC's Roy Luikens in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ravestein's goalie prevented a goal. Thijs Ranzijn hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the match, Zuidhoven FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ronald Ottens came free, but Folkert de Vries reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Zuidhoven FC's goalkeeper Folkert de Vries had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Herbert Koekkoek. Folkert de Vries showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronald Ottens in the 28th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Max Hoven managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zuidhoven FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Max Hoven was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hendrik Hassel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Ravestein's Maarten Wilmink got a free kick in the 36th minute. Hendrik Hassel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roy Luikens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 38 played minutes Ravestein got a freekick which was hit by Dolf Bogarde. Roy Luikens might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hendrik Hassel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Roy Luikens ran back to his position shaking his head. Hendrik Hassel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roy Luikens in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Zuidhoven FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ronald Ottens came free, but Folkert de Vries reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ronald Ottens to make the kick off. Herbert Koekkoek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Folkert de Vries tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the game, Wilfred Zorge was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zuidhoven FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ravestein the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 61st minute of the game. One of Zuidhoven FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ravestein:s goal. In the 64th minute there was a penalty for Ravestein. Niek van Zanten stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Folkert de Vries. 1-0. Folkert de Vries showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Koekkoek, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Humberto Schenkhuizen kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Zuidhoven FC's Max Hoven got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Ravestein's Richard Ronde got a free kick in the 75th minute. A collision led to Zuidhoven FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Jurgen Klijnstra hit a great ball. Ravestein's Hendrik Hassel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Max Hoven in the 89th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Zuidhoven FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ronald Ottens came free, but Folkert de Vries reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roy Luikens recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ravestein were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Zuidhoven FC for a fine match.
