Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Allard van Dijk started the match with the kick off. Bas Krijnenburg came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Papenbeek's Allard van Dijk. But to his dismay, Allard van Dijk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Philip Trip received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Frank Bette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jens van der Vaart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Frank Bette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bas Krijnenburg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dennis Reitsma in the 17th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Papenbeek's goalkeeper Frank Bette, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Philip Trip had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Philip Trip received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Frank Bette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute Wesley Borker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frank Bette saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Papenbeek's Frank Bette proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Papenbeek from getting a goal against them. Frank Bette made an important save on a dangerous shot by Philip Trip in the 38th minute. Bas Krijnenburg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allard van Dijk in the 44th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Jens van der Vaart made the kick off in the second half. Allard van Dijk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Bas Krijnenburg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Philip Trip received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Frank Bette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 62nd minute by Alexander Jeronimus got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 63rd minute, Alexander Jeronimus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Allard van Dijk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bas Krijnenburg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexander Jeronimus in the 70th minute. Allard van Dijk struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Bas Krijnenburg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Papenbeek. An unexpectedly hard shot by Philip Trip in the 73rd minute of play forced Papenbeek's goalkeeper Frank Bette to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Neerstraat were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Papenbeek's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ab Fokkelman took the corner. Ab Fokkelman made a great header on Neerstraat's corner, it was just that Papenbeek's Frank Bette managed to reach the ball for a save. Frank Bette showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens van der Vaart in the 77th minute of the match. In the 82nd match minute, Papenbeek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allard van Dijk to maneuver through the defense. Jens van der Vaart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Frank Bette tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Allard van Dijk received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bas Krijnenburg came out and tried to block the shot, but Allard van Dijk slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 91st minute. The Neerstraat supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Papenbeek's performance. The match ended with a win for Papenbeek.
