Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Rinus Pruischer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karel Veenker, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Klaas Jan Greef sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Toni Riemers might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gerard de Vlieger. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Toni Riemers ran back to his position shaking his head. Toni Riemers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Westerbuurt's Pieter Veentjer in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wassink's goalie prevented a goal. When Oliver de Cler fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wassink's protests and gave Oliver de Cler a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Wassink getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Oliver de Cler hit a great ball. Pieter Veentjer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Gerard de Vlieger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Toni Riemers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rinus Pruischer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Klaas Jan Greef in the 36th minute of play. Klaas Jan Greef sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd match minute, Westerbuurt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harold Ijsselhof to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the match, Wassink's Klaas Jan Greef sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rinus Pruischer narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Klaas Jan Greef to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Klaas Jan Greef shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rinus Pruischer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karel Veenker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rinus Pruischer having to interfere. Rinus Pruischer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Klaas Jan Greef's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klaas Jan Greef in the 61st minute of play forced Westerbuurt's goalkeeper Rinus Pruischer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Westerbuurt's zone, Klaas Jan Greef stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rinus Pruischer came out of the goal and Klaas Jan Greef tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th minute, Pieter Veentjer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerard de Vlieger was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Toni Riemers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Gerard de Vlieger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 75 minutes, Otto Heuvel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Westerbuurt and the Wassink players grew even worse after the yellow card. Otto Heuvel kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Westerbuurt's zone, Karel Veenker stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rinus Pruischer came out of the goal and Karel Veenker tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 78 minutes, Klaas Jan Greef managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wassink's supporters crossed their fingers, but Klaas Jan Greef was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute, Kristian Heida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Klaas Jan Greef recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Westerbuurt's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
