Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bram Koerts started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Kuzemer HC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Bennie Mussies hit a great ball. In the 7th match minute, Kuzemer HC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorn Zwarthoet to maneuver through the defense. After 10 minutes, Ryan Stuijt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kuzemer HC and the Woudsend HC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 11 minutes into the game, Bram Oosterhof cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Twan Kleiker was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Woudsend HC's zone, Bennie Mussies stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristof Friebel came out of the goal and Bennie Mussies tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Bram Oosterhof had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 27 minutes, Gert de Wolf mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Woudsend HC and the Kuzemer HC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 27th minute, Gert de Wolf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kristof Friebel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bennie Mussies in the 30th minute of the match. Gert de Wolf hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Gijs Karremans lost his temper 37 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 37 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Woudsend HC! The referee gave Kuzemer HC a penalty, 40 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Chris Jans, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Woudsend HC's Kristof Friebel. 2-1. Kristof Friebel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bennie Mussies in the 44th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bennie Mussies stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ernest Achterberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Kristof Friebel made a huge save. Kristof Friebel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bennie Mussies in the 55th minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Woudsend HC's goal looked a bit too open when Bennie Mussies came free, but Kristof Friebel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bram Oosterhof fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Twan Kleiker having to interfere. Jorn Zwarthoet kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Bram Oosterhof managed to get in a good position for a shot. Woudsend HC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bram Oosterhof was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Twan Kleiker breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 79 played minutes Kuzemer HC got a freekick which was hit by Bennie Mussies. Bram Oosterhof fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Twan Kleiker having to interfere. Ernest Achterberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kristof Friebel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Bram Oosterhof received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Twan Kleiker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Woudsend HC had played much better football throughout.
