Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Mije's Elbert Zoontjens got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute, Jacob Brandsma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jacob Brandsma might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arie Schuurman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jacob Brandsma ran back to his position shaking his head. Coenraad Kruis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Busselte's goalkeeper Leendert Heubach, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kristof Kroeze sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sipke Wesveld fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leendert Heubach having to interfere. In the 26th minute, Paul Smit hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eelco Riemers was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 27th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 30 minutes into the game, David Wittendorp was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mije's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Busselte the free kick. David Wittendorp hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute, Coenraad Kruis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Coenraad Kruis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Busselte's supporters rose to their feet, but Coenraad Kruis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arie Schuurman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Busselte booed when Mije was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elbert Zoontjens didn't get a good kick on the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Jacob Brandsma had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arie Schuurman. Mije's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jacob Brandsma was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sipke Wesveld to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Mije booed when Busselte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frits Deijnen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 55 played minutes Busselte got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Valx. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mije's goalkeeper Arie Schuurman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 66 minutes into the match, Busselte's Jacob Brandsma sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arie Schuurman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacob Brandsma got free with Arie Schuurman in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leendert Heubach took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kristof Kroeze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leendert Heubach came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Mije's Sipke Wesveld. But to his dismay, Sipke Wesveld quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Busselte's Leendert Heubach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sipke Wesveld in the 81st minute of play. Jacob Brandsma recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Sipke Wesveld managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mije's supporters rose to their feet, but Sipke Wesveld was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leendert Heubach breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 93rd minute of the match Ton Berends shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leendert Heubach showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Coenraad Kruis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arie Schuurman having to make a save. In the 96th minute Jacob Brandsma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arie Schuurman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Mije players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
