Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Geert van Zwam started the match with the kick off. Rick Oortwijn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geert van Zwam in the 3rd minute of the match. Jan de Coninck struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Richard de Gooijer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kluis FC. After having played for 18 minutes, Ton Bartels managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kluis FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ton Bartels was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ton Bartels's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Richard de Gooijer read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Rick Oortwijn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Han Zwarthoet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geert van Zwam took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rick Oortwijn. Rick Oortwijn dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 40th minute, one of Kluis FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kluis FC. The referee gave Lemelerveld a penalty, 42 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Taco Zeevenhoven, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Kluis FC's Rick Oortwijn. 0-3. After having played for 47 minutes, Jan de Coninck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kluis FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jan de Coninck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jan de Coninck to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Ton Bartels shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard de Gooijer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ton Bartels came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Kluis FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ton Bartels couldn't finish the play. If Ton Bartels had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Jan de Coninck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Han Zwarthoet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jan de Coninck struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Richard de Gooijer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kluis FC. The audience was convinced that Han Zwarthoet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rick Oortwijn was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. After 78 played minutes Lemelerveld got a freekick which was hit by Mart Merenga. Kluis FC's attack was well implemented in the 79th minute, but when Jan de Coninck was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Ton Bartels recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jelle Joppets struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Rick Oortwijn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lemelerveld. Lemelerveld's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
